April - September, Angus:

Housed in a former schoolhouse which backs onto the graveyard where most of the collection was found, the museum at Meigle displays 26 pictish stones dating from the 8th to the late 10th centuries. The stones represent one of the most important collections of early medieval sculpture in Western Europe.
